Digital Manager Dark Theme:

This project’s highlight is email notification on every task, which is triggered through this application only when desktop is connected online. It reminds the user before several days 4 times. These four times will not be the same day.

For yearly reminders it works before the 30 days semi year reminder before 20 days and so on. Monthly reminder works before 5 days .Also there is a never repeat option, automatically comes to expiry log and past events log which the user has to delete . A net configuration checking is added to the application whether the system is connected to the Internet and prompts the user to connect the internet if there is no connection. If you are already connected to the internet the application silently sends all mails to the given mail.

Gmail notification will be send only 4 times before the date and automatically listed in past events log . So please take care of it before deleting past events log. All the left will be updated except the advance section. The Advanced section has the update and delete option for the user in itself. It displays all the records not deleted . All the input boxes will move to next with the enter key and tab key. In multiline line text boxes you can use Tab Key to move next and Enter Key to the next line . Pdf file must be in the folder chosen as long as you use the program and files, as the location is stored in the database. Personal, company, functions, and other filters work well. Business section's last audits also updated automatically with the next audit if you give once in an year option.

For License and tax the only expired date will be updated if you give once in a year. Or else if you want to give inputs every year you can choose never to repeat as you like.

Todo list in the program and users don’t have to be confused. It is for mail sending purposes, to simplify code.

All the updates and deletes you do in the main section also affects it. If you clear out past events log and expiry log occasionally your program will be light and speedy. That is, only necessary content will be in your database.

Update, Delete for Single form pages Scroll within the list and select the desired row to update or delete and press Enter key. Update and Delete key will be visible.

Refresh button: Is for solving unexpected database errors .Just close the error box and click the refresh button.
